Excellent stay with attentive service

I found the possibility to open the windows in the rooms with balconies a great feature. This is a welcome rarity in hotels. The staff provided attentive service both at reception and in other areas. The hotel's location is slightly outside the city (which i liked).
My check-in experience was not smooth. I experienced delays in getting my room ready. Despite arriving at 3 PM, I did not receive my keys until 5 PM. The requests I had made to the hotel beforehand were also ignored, frustrating.

The room offered a beautiful sea view and thoughtful blind designs. The spacious rooms are dog-friendly and even include dog goody bags (a great touch!).

The breakfast buffet offered fresh fruit, various pastries. Eastern and Western options. It was AMAZING!!! Filtered water was available, a great ECO touch. The staff implemented ECO cleans, replacing towels only when left on the floor. I found the mattress firm and quite comfortable.
My room with a balcony was on the ground floor. It backed onto a busy road so there was some noise.

The staff was excellent. They were helpful from the front desk to housekeeping services. Staff helped us get a suitable seat for my father, who has mobility issues, and brought him coffee. The staff was very cute and helpful.

The breakfast included freshly cooked food and plenty of choices. Both Eastern and Western options were available, a nice touch. The breakfast buffet was good. The staff were helpful when we visited.

The hotel is very well situated, and that is definitely a bonus. The hotel had many nearby facilities. I found it easy to get around the area.

broken blackout blindsearly morning noise
the blackout blinds in my room were broken. light came in all evening and i woke very early. i didn't appreciate that this hotel allows dogs. there was a lot of pet noise early morning from small dogs in nearby rooms.

the room included a modern design and decor the spaciousness was also notable i found a free drinking water tap located in my room. there was a steam room available and the sauna offered additional relaxation options
the hotel pool closes daily from 11:45 to 13:00 i had to leave the pool area during this time
